Reference Material
Reference materials are used in the calibration of elemental analyzers to determine the accuracy and reliability of measurements. Reference materials are substances whose chemical composition is precisely known and certified.
When using reference materials, the measurement results of the analyzer are compared with the certified values of the reference material. This helps to verify the accuracy and reliability of the analyzer and if necessary, to calibrate it correctly.
It is important that the reference materials for calibrating your elemental analyzer come from a trusted source and that their chemical composition is accurate and certified. That way it can be ensured that the calibration is performed correctly and that the analyzer’s measurement results are reliable.
Calibration should be performed regularly to ensure the correct and consistent functioning of your elemental analyzer.
All our reference materials are optimally adapted to the Mol CS1000 Elemental Analyzer’s measuring range. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our application experts at support@mol.de for assistance.
